Service Description
CatalogScene.com provides AI image and video generation services that help users create ecommerce product visuals from prompts and reference images.
User Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions, Credits, and Cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Paddle and renew automatically until canceled. The plan's credits are added after each successful initial payment or renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription using Paddle's subscription-management link in your purchase emails, or contact support@catalogscene.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not reverse completed charges. Credits already used for completed generation jobs are not refundable.
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or content unsuitable for a marketplace or advertising platform. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming rights to uploaded references, and ensuring that your final use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, are the property of CatalogScene.com and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogScene.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
